I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, but there was a temperature issue downstairs and a faulty shower. The staff promptly moved us to a better room, which was a nice gesture. The service was satisfactory overall. The location offered a wonderful view but was a bit far from downtown, though the hotel staff was willing to provide transportation. The dining experience had its ups and downs with limited breakfast options and inconvenient timings. Overall, the hotel provides a luxurious stay with some minor inconveniences.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and cozy two-bedroom suite with a sitting area and kitchen, complete with a washing machine. While the faulty shower was a drawback, the staff's efforts to fix it were appreciated. The room felt welcoming, with ample space and no sense of feeling cramped.
